Cyclone 800 CFM Dust Collection System

The DC8000 is perfect for shops blasting 20 hours or more per week. The air actuated pulse mechanism makes removing dust & debris from filters a snap. Just attach air to the valve on the cabinet, turn on and the air is sent to the inside of the filters to 'pulse' the dust off. The two door entry system allows for easy removal of filters for easy replacement and cleanup.

Cyclone 400 CFM Dual Filtration Dust Collection System

The Cyclone DC4000 CFM Dual Filtration Dust Collector has been designed for use in multiple cabinet locations. Constructed of 16 gauge steel, the Cyclone DC4000 is ideal as a dust collector for running one to three sandblasters simultaneously. The long-lasting 1/3 H.P. motor runs relatively quiet and provides excellent vacuum. The conveniently located hopper door allows for easy removal of re-usable material. The Cyclone DC4000 CFM Dual Filtration Dust Collector is perfect for shops that use their blast cabinets on a regular basis and require a virtually dust-free work place.

Cyclone Economy Media Separator

The Cyclone Economy Media Separator is hooked up between the blast cabinet and the dust collection system. The cyclonic action spins the heavy particles (good media) down into the hopper, and the dust and fines are siphoned out into the dust collector.

For use with the Cyclone DC1500 Dust Collector.

Dual Operation Option

Exhaust all materials from the cabinet from the bottom and feed the gun system from the separator.
Exhaust the fines from the top and return media to the cabinet manually.
