This Diagonal Eyepiece is a handy tool in situations where there is no clear path between the Theodolite and target object, situations where buildings or objects prevent a straight path between the Theodolite and the target.

The Solar Filter helps prevent the suns glare in situations where it must be sighted in order to determine position.

The David White DWT-10, DWT-30 and CST/Berger DGT10, DGT30 Theodolites are all able to utilize this 56-DTEP Diagonal Eyepiece.
