The CH Ellis 27-6622 Molded Tool Case - Military and Tool Control - SRTC6 is a six-drawer rotationally molded tool chest with an interior aluminum shelf system to hold six polypropylene drawers. This case is designed for rough handling in the field and has been used by the U. S. Army as their Small Arms Repair Kit case. This case is impervious to aviation fuels and will not rust.
The case is made of two separate walls of polyethylene separated by formed foam. The bottom drawer is 16.56" x 8.62" x 3.00". The top five drawers are 16.56" x 8.62" x 1.06" for a total layout space of 857 square inches.
The CH Ellis 27-6622 Molded Tool Case - Military and Tool Control - SRTC6 drawers are designed to hold optional foam silhouette pallets for tools. The drawers are NOT designed to hold loose tools.
For replacement drawers, order 15-0513 for 2.00" drawer and 15-0514 for 1.00" drawer.
The case has two recessed spring loaded carrying handles and padlock loop and hasp.
