Align single disc clutches on American and imported cars, light trucks and tractors. Adapter fits through clutch plate and into pilot bushing or bearing. Tapered cone fits into clutch hole and aligns clutch plate properly. Set includes shaft and 8 two-stepped pilot bearing adapters for 16 sizes. A plate aligning cone has 1-1/8" maximum diameter taper. Set contains: Pilot Bushing Cone Taper 0.734 to 1.17" (18.64 to 29.72mm). Four zinc Adapters for import: 0.472 to 0.500" (12 to 12.7mm), 0.622 to 0.641 (15.8 to 16mm), 0.688 to 0.710" (17.4 to 18mm), and 0.826 to 0.875" (21 to 22.2mm). Four Black Adapters for Domestic: 0.561 to 0.590" (14.2 to 15mm), 0.749 to 0.787" (19 to 20mm), 0.812 to 0.874" (20.6 to 22.2mm), and 0.984 to 1.181" (25 to 30mm).

Used to release fingers that hold clutch line to the clutch sleeve cylinders. It works on hard-to-reach couplings found on Ford light-duty trucks, Bronco II, Ranger, Explorer, 1989 to current Thunderbird and Cougar with hydraulic clutch.

Bushing Remover and Installer Sets

Use set to remove and insert bushings such as those in cars, trucks, buses, tractors, construction and off-road equipment. Size is stamped on each bushing adapter. To use, select proper size adapter and drive bushing into place.
