- Similar shear-type design and features as standard cable cutters, but will cut lead or rubber-covered 900-pair soft copper and aluminum communications cable up to 2-1/4" dia.
- Hook jaw shape forces cable into jaws.
- Heavy-duty pins in head serve as blade-stops.
- Fiberglass handles with vinyl grips for comfort and slip resistance.
- Jaws are of drop-forged alloy tool steel.
Not designed for cutting steel or ACSR.
