With blade horizontal, flat-headed retaining pins permit cutting flush to surface.	Flush handle design and absence of projecting wing nuts permit cuts all the way through to flat surfaces.	Snap-in retaining pins hold blade in accurately machined slots, assuring perfect alignment full length of blade.	Blade can be turned to cut flush in either direction against flat surface.
