  for quick, easy and accurate readings. Graduated on both edges in 16ths, inches and feet, the blade also identifies 16" and 19.2" stud-center marks. Measuring tapes are also available in a variety of sizes with metric gradations.
• Long stand out minimizes buckling or bending on all 1-inch blades for greater extension at longer working lengths.
• Three-rivet end hook
  reinforces the blade tip to reduce breakage and provides maximum pullout strength. The hook maintains a true-zero feature for accurate inside and outside measuring.
• Positive no-drift lock firmly holds the blade in place at any length, and prevents it from creeping or pulling back into the case. The built-in heavy-duty spring allows a quick and smooth blade return.
