Benders have large, bold cast-in benchmark symbols, degree scales and multiplier scales. An arrow points to the beginning of a bend... a star indicates back-of-bend locations. A "tear drop" symbol indicates the exact center of a 45° bend.

Benders for 1/2" EMT also have cast-in offset formula and multiplier, providing instant, on-the-spot information for making accurate offset-angle bends.

A cast-in degree scale makes it easy to get a precise bend every time, in any position. All Benfield benders and hickeys are made of rugged malleable iron.
