MK 1503S-KIT Wet Stone Polisher Kit

The MK-1503-S wet polishing kit is ideal for handheld grinding and polishing of gemstone and rock materials such as onyx, agate, petrified wood, jade, opal, etc. The electric polisher is used with 4" diameter resin bond Velcro backed pads. The handheld grinder easily attaches to a standard hose to enable the unit to dispense a steady flow of water through a control valve to the diamond pads. The 4" flexible rubber Velcro backer pad is designed to allow for quick pad changes.

Polishing Pads & Backplates
These flexible, Velcro-backed polishing pads are designed to achieve a scratch-free highly polished finish on all straight or contoured granite and marble edges. Their unique design allows for rapid and even removal rates with minimum effort. The center hole permits water lubrication during polishing operations. The Velcro backing allows for fast pad changes during the polishing process. Pads are color-coded for easy grit size identification.

MK Grinding Cup Wheels
MK Diamond's dry-grinding cup wheels have a unique shape which allow for superior form mark removal. These highly efficient cup wheels are also effective in the process of concrete deburring and rough-surface grinding. Their lightweight design ensures fast surface grinding with a minimum of operator fatigue. Use the single-row wheels for deburring and mark removal, the double row wheels for clean-up and finish work, and the Turbo wheels for aggressive work.
