No. 208, 208M Series
Starrett Can Seam Micrometers are made of stainless steel and designed to measure the thickness and depth of can seams.
NOTE: Depth range on 208D is .200". Depth range on 208MD is 5mm.
The No. 208 Series is used to measure the thickness of the seam at the top and bottom of a flat-topped can.
The No. 208D Series is used to measure thickness and depth of all standard can seams.
