Starrett Mechanical Digital Depth Micrometers are simple to use even by the inexperienced. The purpose of this tool is to measure the depth of holes, slots, shoulders, and projections quickly and easily to .001" or 0.01
mm. All heads are accurate to ± .0001" or ± 0.002 mm.

- Starrett base shape design will automatically position the fingers so that the base is easily held in place for measuring stability
- Clear, easily read white numbers on black background reduce errors
- No-glare black finish on the frame
- .001" or 0.01 mm is read directly from the counter
