Application Specs - Masonry, Refractory• Job Size: Medium to Large • Wet or Dry Cutting • Features: Maximum production at low cost per cut. • Total Segment Height: .390" (.315" diamond depth; 0.75" segment base) • Laser Weld. S-2 Masonry: Fused ceramics. Refractory: Extremely hard, dense and non-abrasive materials, fused refractory, hot pressed structural ceramics and carbide billets. S-4 Masonry: Thick granite, marble and similar stone and high-density hard brick. Refractory: Longer life on extremely hard, dense and non-abrasive materials, fused refractory, hot pressed structural ceramics and carbide billets and fused refractories of alumina, calcia, silica, zirconia and magnesia. S-6 Masonry: Brick pavers and general purpose brick. Refractory: For dense castable refractories of the above ceramics. S-8 Masonry: Concrete paver and patio block and low density masonry brick. Refractory: General purpose for castable and impregnated refractory ceramics. S-10 Masonry: General purpose block and soft brick. Refractory: For high porosity (<20%) sintered or castable refractory ceramics and low density brick. |
