Thor's 6T Backfill Tamper is a 40 lb. Class Tamper that has also "Stood the Test of Time". It's slow (800 BPM) powerful blows provide a well balanced, smooth operating tool that is easily guided by one person. Thor designed to effectively compact soil around foundations and other structures and for compacting backfill in trenches and other construction holes requiring compaction.
